Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods

We ship all orders through USPS with tracking provided. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier's current schedule.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather related disruptions. Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, we no longer have control over its delivery timeline.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • If your order is lost in transit or shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Claims with USPS can typically be filed 15–60 days after shipment, per USPS policy.
  • We will assist you in filing a claim if insurance is included on your package.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued after the carrier resolves the claim and confirms coverage.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
